  • As you will probably have guessed, we can’t answer this for you here but it’s an understandable question. Planning permission depends on the nature of your project both in terms of scale and position on the plot, if it’s an existing property. Many improvements would fall within permissible development planning regulations, in which case no formal planning consent would be required.

    Whether you’re considering building an extension or carrying out refurbishment in Cheshire or South Manchester, regardless of planning permission, the project will still need to adhere to building regulations.
