Extension & Remodelling, Bramhall, Cheshire
This project required the remodelling of a wide, 1930’s four bedroom house that had been extended in the 1980s. The project included a large, near full-width, ground floor extension to the rear and extensive remodelling of the entrance hallway, living spaces and kitchen.
The project also required the installation of a fully fitted bootroom along with the refurbishment of bathrooms and a spare bedroom.
Extensive landscaping was carried out to the rear, creating large outdoor living spaces for entertaining, as well as replacing the front driveway.
Crucially, this house was completed while maintaining it as a residential home.
