Mode Projects worked with the client to secure Planning Permission in a conservation area for the restoration of a 300-year-old welsh cottage plus modern extension. The project will create an impressive 4-bedroom family home, plus garages, paved terraces for entertaining, driveways and landscaping.
The existing cottage is to be restored using only local traditional craftsmen which will be linked to an equally impressive modern building. Though it is the external entertainment and relaxing spaces that make this project so unique set-in idyllic countryside with its views of the sea and a small welsh village that has not seen much change in the previous 100 years.
