Signs of the Times
Although we’ve been building houses and extensions in and around Cheshire and South Manchester for 15 years, we’ve probably been a little shy in sharing the Mode Projects name. We’ve always been so focussed on our clients’ projects, that we’ve probably been guilty of keeping too low a profile. The words ‘light’ and ‘bushel’ spring to mind.
All of that is about to change with two high profile branding placements to kick start 2022. Firstly, we’re thrilled to announce, we’re now the sponsor of the Welcome to Trafford signage, where junction 5 on the M56 meets Hale Road and runs into Hale Barns.
We’re delighted with this location as it grows our visibility with potential clients in one part of our heartland, in terms of Hale, Hale Barns, Altrincham, Timperley, Trafford and South Manchester in general. The volume of traffic passing through that junction runs into tens of thousands of vehicles, daily.
In another part of our heartland, we’re taking up a three-year presence, supporting Stockport Rugby Union Football Club (SRUFC). We’ve been building houses, extensions, remodelling, refurbishing and carrying out landscaping in Bramhall (the home of SRUFC) for all of our 15 years of existence. We’ve supported the club unofficially for a great many of those years but have now formalised this with perimeter advertising a couple of boards to the left of the halfway line on the 1st XV pitch.
What’s exciting about the SRUFC placement is that the demographic of attendees fits our client profile perfectly, not just in terms of local people from Bramhall, but also visitors from other clubs in Cheshire and all over South Manchester.
